Semcac Transportation
Cost: Donation-based; requested donation is $4 per trip.
Volunteer Driver Program provides transportation for persons age 60 and over and Medical Assistance, Blue Plus and UCare clients to medical and dental appointments. Those age 60 and over may also receive rides for personal appointments and senior congregate dining. 48 hour notice is required.
American Mobility Van (AMV)
Cost: Call for elgibility/fares.
NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION (NEMT) services on a pre-scheduled 24 hour per day, 7 days per week basis. Special Transportation for the stretcher bound, wheelchair bound, developmentally disabled, and elderly who need assistance in ambulating. Transportation services are available to any destination, including Hospitals, Clinics, dentist offices, Physical Therapy, Dialysis and Counseling appointments.
