Meals on Wheels

Cost: Donation based. No one is denied a meal because on inability to contribute. Food Stamp EBT cards are welcome.

Volunteers deliver meals to doors of anyone age 60 and over and who is confined to their home or unable to prepare a balanced meal. Spouses are automatically included regardless of age.

NAPS: Nutrition Assistance Program

Second Harvest Heartland through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)

Cost: No cost to elgibile participants.

Healthy and nutritious food products are delivered to homes by Healthy Seniors of Steele County volunteers each month to eligible individuals over the age of 60. Delivery takes place the 2nd Tuesday of each month.

Mom's Meals

Cost: Call for fee structure. You may qualify for government or health plan assistance.

Order your selected meals over the phone or online. Refrigerator meals will be delivered to your home and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days.

Steele County Food Shelf

Cost: Free

Up to a 10-day supply of a variety of nutritious foods at 155 Oakdale Steet, Suite A in Owatonna; Meals in Motion is also availalbe in some locations, which includes a 5-day supply of food 2 times each month or one 10-day supply of foods once each month (depends on where you are located).

Senior Dining - Blooming Prairie

Monday-Friday from 11:30-12:30 at the Blooming Prairie Senior Center.

Senior Dining - Ellendale
