Connecting Seniors to Steele County Resources

Are you a senior or caregiver to an aging parent or loved one looking for help? At Healthy Seniors of Steele County, our goal is to provide services and support to keep seniors living well at home. Our HELPS (Helping Elderly Live Proud & Safe) tool does just that by connecting you with helpful resources in Steele County.
